Mandinga is a Romanian musical group formed in 2002 that specializes in Latin jazz, salsa, merengue, and cumbia. Performing in Romanian, Spanish, and English, the band is known for blending salsa with several other styles, including guajira, bolero, cha-cha, reggaeton, calypso, acid jazz, and Latin house.
In 2012, Mandinga won Romania's Selecția Națională with the song "Zaleilah." The victory earned them the opportunity to represent Romania at the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest, where they achieved 12th place.
The group has maintained an active recording presence, releasing numerous singles. Their catalog features tracks such as "Creo En Amor" (2022), "Levitating (Salsa Version)" (2022), "Kamasutra" (2023), and a bachata adaptation of their Eurovision entry, "Zaleilah (Bachata Version)" in 2024. In 2024 and 2025, they continued their output with singles including "Mentirosa," "La Parte De Atras," "Enchulada," and "Nadie Mas."
