Héctor "Fito" Bataola is a salsa singer and bandleader who performs with his group, Fito Bataola y su Orquesta. The ensemble's history includes a performance of "Lo que me dijo una chica" at the 14th Puerto Rico Salsa Congress in 2010. In addition, Bataola recorded the big-band style salsa track "Esclavos de lo Prohibido," which was written by DJ Richie Sanchez and arranged by Fabián Vargas.
