
Fabio Gianni is an Italian pianist, arranger, and composer born in Milan on September 29, 1970. He began classical piano studies at six years of age, later expanding his training to include modern and jazz music, ultimately earning a jazz piano degree in 1990.
Over his career, Gianni has worked extensively in genres such as salsa, mambo, latin jazz, timba, son cubano, and cha cha cha. As a touring musician, he has performed globally alongside notable salsa figures including José Alberto 'El Canario', Maelo Ruiz, Ray Sepúlveda, Cano Estremera, and Tony Vega. He has also been active in the Latin jazz scene, performing with the Iguazú Acoustic Trio alongside percussionist Alex Acuña.
Since 2013, Gianni has maintained a consistent output of recordings. His album releases include 'No Me Lo Pidas' in 2023, as well as 'Latin Jazz Experiences' and 'Overlands' in 2024. In addition to these projects, his catalog features numerous singles, including 'La Isla Grande', 'Mas Salsa', 'Latino Del Barrio', 'Piel Morena', 'Fuera (New Version)', 'Nuevas y Viejas', 'Que Suene La Clave', and 'Amanecer'.
