Grupo Salsafon (also known as Grupo SLF) is a French salsa ensemble inspired by the 1970s New York salsa sound. Comprising more than ten musicians, the group focuses on a repertoire designed for dancing that blends salsa dura, New York Latin jazz, and Cuban son.
The group's performances feature a multi-member lineup characterized by rich brass and percussion arrangements. In 2022, Grupo Salsafon released the single "Descarga Slf."
