Ronald Mendoza Y Su Latin Project is a contemporary salsa ensemble directed by timbalero and producer Ronald Mendoza. Active from 2024, the group specializes in salsa arrangements featuring collaborations with notable musicians in the tropical music scene. The project debuted with the single "Loca" in 2024.
In 2025, the ensemble released the single "Momentos," featuring Venezuelan vocalist Veruska Verdú. The track was arranged by pianist Pedro Bermúdez and produced by Mendoza. The recording featured an array of session musicians, including Ronald Mendoza on timbales, Tito de Gracia on congas and bongo, Giorgi Jimenez on bass, Jorge Dobal on trombone, Luis Aquino on trumpet, Juan Pablo Llontop on baritone saxophone, and Daniel Sánchez and Mauro Gamboa on backing vocals.
