Victor Azael is a Cuban singer, songwriter, arranger, producer, and multi-instrumentalist based in Spain. Born in Guanabacoa, Havana, on September 12, 1976, he grew up surrounded by Cuba's musical traditions. After relocating to Spain, he established his solo career by blending traditional Cuban timba, salsa, son cubano, and contemporary urban rhythms. As a performer, he works as a vocalist, pianist, and percussionist, arranging and producing his own material.

Azael launched his solo recording career with his debut album, "Mi Primera Vez", in 2014, and subsequent work such as "Updated". He has built a reputation for revitalizing modern salsa and timba structures. In 2024, he released a rendition of "Güiro, Calabaza y Miel," a song originally popularized by Manolito y Su Trabuco on their album "Se Rompieron Los Termómetros".

Active in releasing digital tracks, Azael published a series of singles between 2019 and 2026. His discography from this era includes "Bala Perdida" and "Malaga Como Te Quiero Yo (Remix)" in 2022, followed by "Se Acabó el Querer", "Lo Que Pidas", and "No Inventes" in 2023. He followed these with "Luchando", "Regálame Tu Voz", "La Bendición", and "Güiro, Calabaza y Miel" in 2024, "Amor Complicado" and "Llegó La Hora" in 2025, and "El Noviecito Tuyo" in 2026.
