Los Pleneros de Severo, also known as Pleneros De Severo, is a Puerto Rican ensemble originally founded in 1978 at the José Severo Quiñones Elementary School in Carolina, Puerto Rico. The group began as a school music project established by music professor Sonia Pizarro Vizcarrondo. It later transitioned to the direction of her nephew, Charlie Pizarro, a recognized percussionist in Puerto Rico.

Throughout its history, the group has developed its musical presence through collaborations with prominent Puerto Rican folklore and tropical music ensembles, including Plenéalo, Plena Libre, La Familia Cepeda, and Esencia. Under the banner Charlie y Severo, they also worked on the production "De Severo A La Calma / Honrando Al Sonero Mayor."

In addition to their collaborative work, the group's recorded catalog includes tracks such as "Ah Ah o No," "Esta Es La Plena (Live)," and the single "Rumba & Sandunga."
