Angel Linarez is a Venezuelan salsa singer who also works in agriculture and cargo transportation. In 2024, he released the album Tributo A Mexico, recorded alongside Melo y Su Orquesta.
The production features a salsa cover of "Cien Años," a song originally popularized by the legendary Mexican singer Pedro Infante. The adaptation features lead vocals by Linarez and musical arrangements by Victor Gámez "Piolo."
