Liomar Lucían Acosta Bellucci, known professionally as Neutro Shorty or "El Mente Loca," is a Venezuelan singer and songwriter born on June 19, 1993, in Caracas, Venezuela. Primarily recognized for his contributions to trap, hip hop, and urban music, he launched his musical career in 2012 with the release of "5 Historias: The Mixtape."
Following his debut, he released the album "19 Puntos" in 2013 under the production of Reinaldo Trejo (Reiz Músic), featuring tracks such as "Éramos Amigos." His subsequent solo discography grew to include projects such as "El Negocio Sucio" (2015) and "Caligulas" (2017). He has also worked on collaborative releases, including the album "Apokalypsis" with fellow Venezuelan artist Big Soto.
