Joly y su Orquesta is a Venezuelan salsa ensemble led by vocalist Joly Rojas. Based in Caracas, with members originating from regions including Barlovento, La Guaira, and Guarenas, the group is billed as Venezuela's only 100% all-female salsa orchestra. Performing under the slogan "Salsa con Aroma de Mujer," the ensemble covers a broad repertoire that ranges from traditional salsa brava to salsa romántica. Their recordings have featured musical production and collaborations with established salsa figures Porfi Baloa and César Monges.
The orchestra launched their recording career in 2024 with the single "Vestida de Novia." To support the launch and mark their entry into the music scene, Joly y su Orquesta performed alongside Porfi Baloa as part of his 30th-anniversary tour celebrations. The group followed up their debut in 2026 with the release of the single "Ahora Me Toca a Mi."
