Alex Escot Tortosa was born on August 23, 2005, in Lloret de Mar, Spain. Born into a family of Andalusian emigrants with heritage in Pruna, Seville, and Villanueva del Arzobispo, Jaén, he developed as a cantaor and singer-songwriter specializing in flamenco and rumba flamenca.
At age eighteen, Escot began performing internationally, traveling to New York to further his musical career. In 2026, he released the single "Vámonos un fin de semana."
