Niña Pastori was born January 15, 1978, in San Fernando, Spain, in the province of Cádiz. She was the youngest of five children and the only daughter of Pastora, an amateur flamenco singer, and José, a military officer. She adopted her stage name because she was the only girl among her siblings and known as "la niña" of her mother, Pastori. In 1986, at the age of eight, she won her first singing contest at the Peña El Chato de La Isla. Her profile grew at age 13 in 1991 when the renowned flamenco singer Camarón de la Isla publicly recognized her talent during a tribute to the guitarist Niño de los Rizos.
Throughout her career, she has frequently collaborated on songwriting with her husband, Chaboli, as well as Jeros. In 2006, she released the album "Joyas prestadas", in which she recorded covers of her favorite songs that had personally influenced her life.
In 2026, her discography expanded with the release of the album "Color Fania".
