Cruz Manuel Hernández Santiago, known professionally as Manny Manuel, is a Puerto Rican singer of merengue, bolero, and tropical music. Born on December 1, 1972, in Orocovis, Puerto Rico, he first gained recognition as a singer and choreographer for the tropical group Los Sabrosos del Merengue, contributing to hits such as 'Fiera Callada.'
In 1994, Manuel launched his solo career, earning the nickname 'The King of Hearts' for his romantic performance style. His solo catalog includes the album 'Pégate de mi mambo,' which received a nomination in the Tropical Albums category at the Billboard Latin Music Awards.
Manuel has continued to record and perform tropical music, with releases extending to his 2026 single 'Desde Mis Ojos.'
