Ricky Royal is a Puerto Rican salsa singer originally from Ponce. He initially spent ten years performing in the urban and reggaeton genres before pivoting to salsa.
Royal began releasing music in 2019 with the singles "Intimidad" and "La Pegué." He followed these with a series of releases including "Sueños Mojados" (2020), "Atraccion" (2021), and "Calor" (2023). In March 2025, he released "El Candidato De La Salsa," which served as his debut EP. His subsequent work includes the 2025 single "Ella" and the 2026 release "Dile."
