Roxana la Salsera, born Roxana Aponte, is a Venezuelan vocalist, television presenter, announcer, and entertainer who relocated to the Dominican Republic. She holds a degree in Marketing and Advertising. Throughout her musical career, she has performed and collaborated with notable Latin artists and orchestras, including Porfi Jiménez, Dimensión Latina, and Oscar D'León.
In the early 2020s, she signed a recording agreement with the label Bibomusic. Under this partnership, she released her studio album "Sonera de Barrio" in 2024, which was recorded alongside prominent Puerto Rican musicians. Her recording catalog spans from 2021 to 2025, encompassing genres such as latin jazz and brazilian jazz.
Her single discography includes "Algo Contigo" in 2021, as well as "Perdón Perdón", "Jala Jala", and "Fuego Timbalero" in 2023. She followed these with the single "Brujeria" in 2024, and continued her output into 2025 with the singles "Si Antes Te Hubiera Conocido" and "De Color De Rosa".
