Gerson Zayas is a Puerto Rican composer, musician, singer, and producer whose work spans salsa, bolero, rumba, and guaguancó. As a creator, Zayas is known for writing and producing his own material, engaging with both traditional rhythms and modern salsa arrangements.
In 2022, Zayas released the single "Cuando Dejé De Amarte." He followed this in 2025 with the single "Sabrosón," a track written by Zayas, arranged by José Madera, and featuring vocals performed by David Atanacio.
