Conjunto Jaguey is a classic-style salsa and mambo group founded by director Pedro Cruz and singer Andresito Carabalí. The project was created with the goal of preserving the musical identity and sound of traditional ensembles of the past. Their music features original arrangements with songwriting focused on the daily life and experiences of ordinary people.
In 2013, the group released the album Colombia y Quisqueya Se Unen, a production that aligns with their mission of delivering classic rhythms to contemporary salsa audiences.
