Wilmer Cobos is a salsa singer and songwriter born in Caracas, Venezuela. He first gained prominent recognition as the lead vocalist for Naty y su Orquesta, representing Venezuela at tropical music events across Curaçao, Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador. Throughout his career, he has shared the stage with major Latin music acts such as José Alberto "El Canario", Roberto Roena, El Gran Combo, Nino Segarra, and La Sonora Ponceña.
Following his tenure as a principal vocalist, Cobos launched his solo career. His solo discography includes the 2021 albums "De Nuevo" and "Parece Mentira", along with the singles "La Sombra" and "Te Voy Hacer Feliz" released the same year. Cobos has continued to produce salsa music into the mid-2020s, releasing the singles "Entre 4 Paredes" in 2025 and "YO SÈ QUE FUI CULPABLE" in 2026.
