Puchi Colon is a Christian salsa musician from Trenton, New Jersey. He attended Trenton High School, where his musical development was structured under the guidance of educator and musician Ted Plunkett. Specializing in tropical music and salsa, Colon has been active in recording and performing since 1996.
On November 2, 2001, Colon signed a national distribution agreement with Oregon-based record label Insync Music. Through this partnership, he produced his Spanish-language debut album, Busca A Jesus, followed by the English-language project Salsa Praise, which was distributed by IMG Distribution.
Colon has maintained a consistent release schedule into the 2020s, producing Christian tropical and salsa songs. His recent discography includes the 2024 singles Goodness of God, La Bondad de Dios, and Desde Congahead, as well as several 2025 releases such as Me Asombra Tu Amor, Puedo Imaginarme, Gracias Señor, and Te Bendeciré.
