Paola Margarita Guanche Nuviola, born on July 21, 2001, in Cancún, Mexico, is a Mexican-American singer, songwriter, and actor. Raised in the United States with strong Cuban family roots, she first rose to prominence in 2013 at the age of twelve. She was crowned the inaugural winner of Telemundo's reality vocal competition La Voz Kids, where she was mentored by Prince Royce.
Following her television success, Guanche pursued a professional music career, focusing primarily on Latin R&B and contemporary tropical styles. She launched a series of singles beginning in 2020, including "Pa' tras", "Sirena", and "Menos Mal". She followed these with releases such as "Down This Road" in 2021 and "Prohibido" in 2022. Her work in this period led to her receiving a nomination for Best New Artist at the Latin Grammy Awards in 2023.
Guanche has continued to release music steadily, with singles such as "Quererte Igual" in 2023, "Amnesia De Ti / Loop" in 2024, and the tribute track "Dueña del Universo (Celia Cruz Medley Tribute)" in 2025.
