Karel Terrero is a Cuban-born Latin vocalist and bandleader. He began his professional music career in his native Cuba, where his early experience included performing with the vocal group Los Zafiros. In 2021, he traveled abroad to work on a cruise ship in Greece. He eventually relocated to Spain, where he overcame a period of singing on the streets before establishing his professional music career and forming his own live band.
Terrero's repertoire incorporates a range of tropical styles, including salsa, bachata, and merengue. He launched his solo recording career in 2023, releasing singles such as "La Cita", "Que Me Digan Loco", and "Salió el Sol". His discography expanded in 2024 with tracks like "¿Marbella o Florida?", "De arriba abajo", and "COSAS QUE NO TE DIJE (Versión Salsa)".
Terrero maintained a consistent release schedule into 2025, issuing several singles including "Mi verdad", "Tu regalito", "El Verano Ya Llegó", and "Buscándote al amanecer".
