Ka'Villa, the stage name of Katherine Torrivilla, is a salsa vocalist and songwriter based in West Palm Beach, Florida. Active since 2020, she has developed a performance style that adapts contemporary pop standards to tropical rhythms alongside original salsa compositions.
Her recording career began with a salsa-infused cover of "All I Want for Christmas Is You" in 2020, followed by the single "Surrender" in 2021. In 2022, she released a piano acoustic version of "Lover" as well as a cover of "Man in the Mirror."
Working with Stars International Records, she wrote and composed her 2023 single "Llanto" under her birth name, alongside releasing the singles "Bad Woman" and "Loose" that same year. Her more recent work includes the 2024 single "Espresso (Salsa version)" released under Kavilla Records, followed by her 2025 release "No Baila Sola."
