Luisito Rosario is a salsa singer of Puerto Rican descent who was born and raised in Hoboken, New Jersey, and later relocated to Allentown, Pennsylvania. Born on the Fourth of July, his professional career gained significant momentum in 1996 when he became the lead vocalist for the legendary Larry Harlow's orchestra. Dedicated to preserving the classic salsa dura sound of the 1970s, Rosario fronted Harlow's group for over 25 years. In 1996, he also joined the New York-based band Grupo Hechizo to further develop his presence in the regional salsa movement.
In his solo career, which spans active recording in our catalog from 2003 through 2026, Rosario has specialized in salsa and timba genres. His discography features a consistent stream of singles released throughout the 2020s, including songs like "Como Fue" (2020), "Quien Dijo Miedo" (2021), "Nadie Se Salva de la Rumba" (2022), "Mirame" (2022), and "Bebe Dame" (2023).
