Roby Texeira is a Puerto Rican trumpeter, arranger, and musical director from Ponce, Puerto Rico. Active in the spheres of salsa, plena, and Latin jazz, Texeira serves as the musical director for the historic salsa orchestra La Sonora Ponceña, showcasing his work through international tours and recordings.
As a solo artist, Texeira began releasing singles in 2024, debuting with "FructÃferos Pensamientos" featuring vocalist Pole Ortiz, which highlighted his arrangement and trumpet style. He continued his solo output with the 2025 single "Sabor A Miel," a collaboration with Nandy El Sinsonte, and the 2026 release "Amor Prohibido." His body of work also includes the singles "Yo Puse Una Cascarita" and the holiday-themed "Con Secuencia En Navidad."
