Luisito y Su Salsometro is a Switzerland-based Latin music ensemble directed by the Cuban producer, composer, and multi-instrumentalist Luis Aballe. Based in Lausanne, the group specializes in Cuban genres such as timba and son cubano, frequently blending traditional rhythms with modern arrangements and jazz influences.
In 2024, the group released the album A Mi Me Dicen Son, alongside the singles Me Fui Con Otra Mujer and Asesina (Salsa Version), the latter of which featured a collaboration with Cuban urban artist Barzaga. They continued their output into 2025 with multiple single releases, including Solo un beso, CELOS MARIA featuring Jannier, and Se Forma Lo Que Se Forma, which showcased a modern changüà style and featured lead vocals by Dompi Mesa alongside Luis Aballe's piano work.
Remaining active into 2026, the ensemble released the single Ya No Quiero Nada, continuing to establish their presence in the contemporary European and Cuban salsa scenes.
