Los Serna is a Colombian salsa and timba project formed by the father-and-son duo of Ostual Serna and Ostual Serna Jr. Based in the Chocó region of Colombia, the project is led by Ostual Serna Jr., an established percussionist. Their musical style blends traditional salsa with Cuban timba.
The group debuted in 2018 with the single "Pasaba el Tiempo," followed by "Atentado de Amor" and "Bandera Blanca" in 2019. In 2020, they released a remix of "Bandera Blanca" featuring guest artists Jimmy Saa, Tostao, Mauro Castillo, and Anddy Caicedo. They followed this with "Y Ya No Soy Yo" in 2022, and several singles in 2024, including "Dime que me Amas," "Te Esperaré," and "Si te vuelvo amar."
In July 2025, Los Serna released the single "El Legado," a production that highlights their musical roots in Chocó. The track features guest vocals from prominent salsa vocalists Willy García, Hansel Camacho, and Richie Valdés.
