Los Banis is a Spanish flamenco and rumba duo formed in 1989 in Girona, Spain, by brothers Juan Cortés Moreno and Ramón Cortés Moreno. The brothers began performing together at local weddings and private events during their childhood, when they were eight and twelve years old. Initially performing under the name Los Bani and later Banis, they eventually established their career as Los Banis, focusing on flamenco rumba and flamenco pop.
Throughout their career, active in music catalogs from 1992 through 2025, the group has released albums such as Sentirme libre, Agua que corre, and Sabor a Peret. Their style blends traditional elements with modern sounds, spanning flamenco, flamenco pop, and flamenco urbano. The duo's recent output includes the 2024 live singles Entre Dos (Directo) and Caballo Moro (Directo), followed by the 2025 live album Directo en Apolo and the single Todo Pasa.
