Trabuco Salsa Band is a Chicago-based salsa orchestra founded and directed by Jose E. Reyes Jr. The ensemble focuses on live salsa performances, blending traditional Afro-Cuban rhythms with modern sounds.
The group's lineup includes vocalist Billy Rivera, who joined the band having previously performed alongside established salsa artists such as Jose Alberto "El Canario," Ismael Miranda, Tony Vega, and Lalo Rodriguez. Trabuco Salsa Band has also collaborated with the music producer and arranger Pablo "Chino" Nunez.
The band's discography includes the 2024 single "Broken," which features Rivera on vocals and fuses salsa with soul music. Other releases by the group include the 2024 single "Tu Victima" and the 2025 single "Quiero Verte."
