Chrissy I-Eece (born Chrissy Peña) was born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised in the Bronx. She began her music career in 1988 as a freestyle artist, establishing herself in the dance music scene with Atlantic Records releases. Her notable early hits include "Love Desire" and "You Should Know By Now," the latter of which was written by Marc Anthony and produced by "Little" Louie Vega. Her musical repertoire over the years has bridged freestyle, Chicago house, and funk melody.
In her subsequent catalog, I-Eece released multiple singles and projects. In 2020, she released "All These Memories (Epic Club)," followed in 2021 by several formats of her track "Se Acabo," including "Se Acabo The EP," "Se Acabo The Dance Project," and "Se Acabo (Rumble Remix)." In 2023, she released the album "No Soy la Mujer (Rascal Mix) [Remasterizado]."
Transitioning into the tropical genre, I-Eece recorded the salsa romántica single "Frente a Frente," released under the BoriChen Music Group label.
