With the firm conviction of founding a record label where talent, brotherhood, and artistic passion would be the pillars, Marchant brought together an elite group of colleagues and top-tier vocalists. Figures of the stature of Chino Márquez, VÃctor Quintana, and Julio Moreno joined the core of the label —performers of vast experience who inject interpretive rigor, veteran expertise, and an unmistakable stylistic signature into each of the label's productions.

The identity of Bandidos Records is defined by its ability to surprise and discover magic in unexpected places. A clear example of this was the addition of Omar González, the strategist behind the influential digital community Salseros del Mundo. Although his original profile was linked to salsa promotion, González burst into the studio demonstrating an innate vocal instinct, organic tuning, and the indispensable swing demanded by the genre of the Caribbean neighborhoods. From this synergy of passion and freshness emerged "Se Me Lengua La Trava," a piece of his own authorship and performance that went down in history as the company's first official single.
Consolidating the momentum of a successful debut, the label demonstrated its artistic maturity with its second release, titled "Buscando el Pan" (published on June 5, 2026). Written, composed, and performed by Adrián Marchant himself, the work is a contemporary social chronicle dressed in salsa.
