Luis Valentín Sierra Santiago, known professionally as Luva, is a Puerto Rican salsa singer and songwriter born in San Juan. Performing under his stage name, Luva specializes in salsa romántica and timba, combining romantic storytelling with contemporary Latin rhythms.
He began releasing professional recordings in the late 2010s, debuting with the 2018 single "Un Beso De Tu Boca," followed by "Adicto a Ti" and "Me Voy Ahora" in 2019. He maintained a consistent output through the early 2020s with singles such as "Es Tu Mirada" (2020), "Quiero Volver" (2021), "Enchulao" (2022), "Libre" (2023), and "Masoquista" (2023).
In 2024, Luva released the single "Química (En Vivo)," which was followed by a studio version, "QUÍMICA," in 2025. His active recording career continued into 2026 with the release of the singles "Escríbeme" and "Zúmbale."
