Raúl Soto, known in the music and radio industries as "El Ranger de la Salsa," is a salsa recording artist. He is the eldest of three brothers born to the Soto Rivera family. Although both of his parents were originally from Hatillo, Puerto Rico, they met in Connecticut during the mid-20th century after emigrating to the United States.
As a recording artist, Soto released the single "Fuiste Tu" in 2021. He followed this with the release of the single "Mujer Borinqueña" in 2023.
