Juliana Lilibeth Quevedo Macias, professionally known as Ghalia La Patrona, is an Ecuadorian salsa singer, songwriter, and television presenter born in Guayaquil, Ecuador. She began her musical career at the age of twelve as a lead vocalist for the group Seducción. During this formative period, she met her long-time producer and manager, Freymo "El Patriarca," with whom she continues to collaborate on musical arrangements and recordings at Freymo Producciones.
Performing within the salsa genre, Ghalia La Patrona launched a prolific series of independent single releases. Her catalog between 2025 and 2026 includes tracks such as "Poco a poco," "Aquà estás," "Mujer maravilla," "Déjame intentar," "Loca," "Mi mente te dice vete," "Hoy declaro," "Nunca lo olvides," and "Mala mujer." Her subsequent 2026 singles include "No es lo mismo" and "Caliente."
