
Leo Gruber is a Venezuelan singer-songwriter, entertainer, and journalist currently based in the New York area. Born in Caracas, Gruber grew up influenced by Antillean, Brazilian, and Colombian musical traditions. Before establishing himself as a solo artist in the United States, he was active in the Guayana region of Venezuela, where he gained recognition as the vocalist for the band Tren Latino.
Gruber initiated his solo recording career in 2018 with the release of the single "Tu Boquita." Performing within the genres of salsa and son cubano, he followed his debut with a series of singles, including "Quiero Saber" in 2019, and "Todo Se Ira," "No Es por Que Te Quiero," and the live recording "Vente 2 New York" in 2020. His subsequent work includes the 2023 single "Amada MÃa," followed by 2024 releases "Volverte a Ver" and "Quisiera (Vente Tu Live Session New York)." Gruber's recent catalog features "Tu Boquita (Vente Tu Live Session NY)" and "A las Divas de la Salsa" in 2025, and "Esperándote" in 2026.
