Tanisha Galarza Figueroa is a Puerto Rican singer, songwriter, and cuatrista from Guayanilla. She began playing the Puerto Rican cuatro at the age of nine. Galarza studied music at the Escuela Especializada Ernesto Ramos Antonini in Yauco, Puerto Rico, and participated in the Berklee in Puerto Rico program in 2018. Her academic studies also include communications, social sciences, and behavioral sciences.
As a performer, Galarza incorporates the traditional cuatro into various modern genres, including salsa, bachata, and reggaeton. In 2023, she released the single "Ya No Se Siente Igual."
