Beto Collado is a Dominican salsa singer who began his musical career performing with local groups in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic. He later relocated to New York, where he performed with the orchestra Resacan. Collado made his solo debut under JN Music Group with the promotional single "Discúlpame," a salsa adaptation of the song composed by Alejandro Jaén.
In 2023, Collado released his debut solo album, "Llegó la Salsa," produced by MP Productions and JN Music Group. The album showcased his signature style, which he characterizes as "Salsa Amarga." That year, he also released several singles, including "Mi Funeral," "Punto y Coma," and "Señora," alongside a sped-up version of his debut album.
Collado continued his output into 2024 and 2025 with singles such as "Vete," "Si A Veces Hablo De Ti," "Ponte Pa Ti (Me Puse Pa Mi)," and "Comprendeme." In 2025, he teamed up with singer Pedrito Lama for the single "Asuntos Del Amor," composed by Remy Núñez and produced by the Hermanos Juan y Nelson for MP Musical Productions. This was followed by the release of his 2025 album, "Salsa Romantica y Mas."
