Robert Requena is a Chilean singer, songwriter, and producer born on July 14, 1985, in Iquique. Showing an early talent for music, he won a school festival at the age of seven and went on to appear on Chilean television talent programs such as Cuánto Vale el Show and Hágase Famoso during his childhood.
Requena later relocated from Chile to Medellin, Colombia, where he established his home and continued his musical development. As a songwriter and vocalist, he collaborated with the group Orchestra Fuego on the salsa release De Tu Boca.
His independent discography includes the 2021 album Veneno, as well as several singles released throughout the early 2020s, such as El Malote, La Guapa, and Gracias A Mi Madre. He remained active into 2025 with a series of singles including Somos Amantes, Te Llevaré, Ojalá, and Hoy Quiero Beber.
