
Jura Valoy is a Dominican pianist, composer, arranger, and singer who belongs to one of the most prominent tropical music dynasties in the Dominican Republic. He is the son of the renowned musician and singer Ramón Orlando and the grandson of the legendary Dominican icon Cuco Valoy. Raised under the influence of his family's artistic heritage, Valoy developed his skills as a keyboardist before embarking on his career as a solo artist.
Focusing primarily on modern salsa music, Valoy has released several singles that showcase his training as a pianist and arranger. His catalog includes tracks such as "Una Estufa, Un Abanico y Un Colchón", "Gracias Por Existir", and "En La Oscuridad", which were released in 2025. Additionally, his body of work includes the single "Es Tarde" as well as "Lo Dulce y Lo Amargo", a track that helped introduce his music to South American markets like Colombia.
