Pete Perignon is a Latin Grammy-winning Puerto Rican percussionist, bandleader, and musical director. Born in Carolina, Puerto Rico, into a family with a deep musical heritage, Perignon has worked in the music industry for over two decades. Over his career, he has established himself as a key figure in contemporary Latin percussion and salsa, performing and recording with various instruments as an official artist for brands such as Paiste and Toca Percussion.
Perignon's discography spans salsa, timba, mambo, latin jazz, and son cubano. In 2019, he released the single "Te Lo Diré Al Oído" and the album "En Blanco Y Negro". He followed these with a series of singles, including "Contigo", "No Se Dejen Engañar", and "Sería Una Pena" in 2020, as well as "Uno X Uno" and "Que Te Duela Más Que A Mí" in 2022.
In 2023, Perignon released the single "El Verano Llegó" alongside his album "10". His consecutive releases continued with the 2024 singles "Pal' Monte" and "Santa Claus Is Comin' To Town", followed by the album "Caché" in 2025.
