Jorge Campos Bonnin, known professionally as JC Karo, is a singer-songwriter, musician, and producer born in Havana, Cuba. Beginning his musical interest as a child, he pursued songwriting and production more seriously by the age of 15. Before launching his solo career, he established himself as a producer, collaborating on releases for prominent Latin music acts including Lenier, El Micha, and Natanael Cano.
He transitioned to a solo artist under the guidance of White Lion Records, a prominent independent label in the urban Latin scene. His solo material blends contemporary pop and urban arrangements with genres like Latin R&B and cumbia sonidera.
His catalog includes a steady succession of single releases. Between 2023 and 2025, his output featured tracks such as "EL POLVITO," "Si o Si," "Eclipse," and "SAINT BARTH" in 2023; "Carro Caro," "Se Dejaron Ver," "Otro Rato," "Fantasia," "El Error," and "KARO" in 2024; and "Condado" and "Portarnos Mal" in 2025.
