Dominique Patrick Noel is a French percussionist, composer, and musician born in Paris, France, with heritage tracing to the Caribbean islands of Haiti and Martinique. Coming from a family line of musicians, including his father and grandfathers, Noel is a self-taught artist who began playing the drums at the age of seven and continued through his high school years.
Noel eventually established himself in the Washington, D.C. area, where he has spent over 35 years participating in the local Latin music scene. His musical style blends French Caribbean traditions with Latin salsa and jazz.
As a recording artist, Noel has released a series of salsa singles. His catalog includes 'Desde Que Te ConocÃ' (2018), 'Somos' (2020), 'Insoportablemente Bella' (2021), 'Mi Secreto' (2022), 'Union DC' (2023), 'Fiebre de Ti' (2024), and 'Dame Tu Amistad' (2025).
